The latest person to step into the Salman Rushdie knighthood row is 'Lord' Ahmed of Rotherham one of a growing number of professional Muslims who, if anyone reading this has had the 'pleasure' of hearing him speak will realise is a typical chip on the shoulder Muslim apologist.
He says he's appalled at Rushdie being given a knighthood and goes on to say that "the confidence that was being built within Britain with inter-faith work and community cohesion work has once again been damaged because of this provocative decision."
Not for the first time Ahmed shows where his loyalties lie. Not with Britain, not with free speech, not with democracy or freedom, not even with the Labour party whose charity has made him what he is, but with a backward primitive ideology based in a foreign society, which has no place in Britain of the 21st Century.
I say tough shit Ahmed if you don't like it f*** off and join the demonstrators in Islamabad or wherever they happen to be burning the Union flag today. You preach tolerance but it's only ever a one way street. Where's your tolerance for the Wests tradition of free speech and intellectual freedom?
As usual for you and your ilk its only the Muslim interest you have at heart.
To coin a fitting Anglo Saxon phrase you're a wanker Ahmed and who the f*** decided you had the making of a Lord wants their head examined.
Incidentally i wonder what Maliks take on this is? Suppose he's leaving it a few days to test the water before he comes up with his 'opinion'.
