Time for a referendum

Anybody who has been following the latest underhand attempt of Tony Blair and the EU to impose a constitution on the long suffering people of Europe will realise the contempt that Blair has for democracy and the British people in general.
A lot of people are calling for a referendum on the future of the treaty (constitution) I would go further and call for a referendum on whether or not we still want to be a part of the EU. I certainly don't and never have.
In what way has it benefitted us? Apart from allowing any of the member states (and the rest of the world) to cherry pick our industries on the cheap. It costs us much more to be a member than we receive back and we have practically no power over our own affairs any more and if the constitution goes through we may as well not bother having elections.
It's time to pull out now.
